NOVELTIES, TEXTURES AND BLENDS SHINE AT YARN FAIR
NEW YORK -- Novelty, specialized textured yarns of acrylics, rayons and blends with surface interest were the standouts at Yarn Fair '88, exhibitors reported, as the show wound up its three-day stand Thursday at the Jacob K. Javits Center.
Price considerations, exhibitors cautioned, continue to weigh heavily on buyers who are willing to pay only slightly higher prices for the novelty yarns.
